InfoChoice manages the operational chain that connects a client's product requirements to a working supply arrangement. This work spans identifying suitable sources of supply, structuring the logistics required to move goods across borders, and negotiating the commercial terms that govern the relationship with each supplier.
Clients engage InfoChoice for individual elements of this chain or for the full sequence, depending on their existing capabilities and the markets involved. In either case, InfoChoice coordinates directly with suppliers and service providers on the client's behalf, reporting back through a single point of contact.
The objective is operational reliability: consistent sourcing outcomes, predictable delivery timelines, and commercial terms that hold up over the life of a supplier relationship, not just at the point of first agreement.
01
Product Sourcing
Sourcing work begins with a clear definition of requirements — specifications, volumes, quality standards, and target cost — agreed with the client before any supplier is approached.
InfoChoice then identifies candidate suppliers and carries out due diligence on production capacity, quality systems, and trading history. Sampling and quality control follow, with samples reviewed against the agreed specification before a supplier is recommended.
Once a supplier is selected, InfoChoice supports the contracting stage, working through commercial and quality terms so the relationship starts on a documented, agreed basis.
02
Supply Chain & Logistics
InfoChoice plans the route and freight mode for each shipment — ocean, air, or land — based on cost, timeline, and the nature of the goods, and prepares the customs documentation required at origin and destination.
Where relevant, we advise on Incoterms so that responsibility for cost, risk, and insurance at each stage of the shipment is clearly assigned between buyer and seller. For clients with recurring volumes, InfoChoice coordinates consolidated shipments to improve freight efficiency.
Once goods are moving, InfoChoice tracks shipments and manages exceptions — delays, documentation issues, or customs holds — so clients have a single point of contact for resolution rather than managing multiple carriers and forwarders directly.
03
Supplier Negotiations
InfoChoice represents client interests in commercial discussions with suppliers, covering pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality commitments.
Negotiations are conducted with the client's long-term position in the relationship in view, not solely the terms of an initial order, and InfoChoice continues to manage the supplier relationship afterward — renewing terms, addressing performance issues, and adjusting arrangements as order volumes change.
01
Requirements review
InfoChoice reviews the client's product, volume, and delivery requirements to define the scope of sourcing or logistics work needed.
02
Supplier identification & due diligence
Candidate suppliers are identified and screened, with due diligence carried out before any are put forward to the client.
03
Negotiation & contracting
Commercial terms are negotiated on the client's behalf and documented before shipment or production begins.
04
Logistics coordination
InfoChoice arranges freight, customs documentation, and delivery scheduling for the agreed shipment plan.
05
Ongoing management
For recurring orders, InfoChoice continues to manage the supplier and logistics relationship, tracking performance and handling exceptions as they arise.
